Who owns the code?
You do, entirely. Every script, model configuration, integration and document is yours, delivered into your repositories and running on your infrastructure, with documentation good enough for another engineer to pick it up. No permanent developer lock-in and nothing that expires if you stop paying us. That's precisely why the retainer is optional.
What happens if bad data hits the system?
